PHCA/CALM 2012 Annual Convention’s Trade Show
Valley Forge Casino Resort – King of Prussia, PA
November 13 & 14, 2012
New location – No sessions during exhibit time – Expanded exhibit hall
More attendees expected because of location

Join the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) and Center for Assisted Living Management (CALM) for the Annual Convention and Trade Expo at the recently renovated and expanded Valley Forge Casino Resort on Tuesday, November 13, and Wednesday, November 14, 2012.  Last year’s trade show was our most successful yet and we expanded the options you liked the best.

Your participation in the trade show provides you with a cost–effective venue for face-to-face sales opportunities with your customers in Pennsylvania, and it also shows your support for the long term care community.

This year the exhibit hall will feature options, including:

  • More attendees than ever before are expected with our reduced pricing structure and the casino location.  We offer educational attendees a very cost-effective way to earn credits.
  • NEW Both Tuesday and Wednesday nights will be free for you to entertain old and potential customers.
  • Attendee list, with emails, will be sent to you three weeks prior to the show for you to contact prospective new clients and reach out to existing customers.
  • Martini Bar, Tuesday evening will again feature a martini bar sponsored by Mobile X-Ray Imaging, Inc.; Brockie Pharmatech,: Diagnostic X-Ray Service, Inc.; and Physicians Mobile X-Ray, Inc.  Also on Tuesday there will be a PHCA/CALM bar and hors d’oeuvre station open throughout the evening to keep attendees in the exhibit hall.
  • New this year, exhibitors are welcome to attend educational sessions!

Valley Forge Casino Hotel and Resort

We will have more exciting educational sessions for our conference participants than ever before, and are hoping you will consider participating as a speaker!

We are continuing the trend of making each convention bigger and better, and this year we will expand our focus to include sessions that are relevant to the entire continuum of long-term care:

  • Personal care
  • Home healthcare
  • Home care, hospice
  • Nursing and clinical services
  • Home and community based services

As a long-term care professional, you understand the trends, issues, and challenges facing our profession.  Why not share that knowledge and experience as a speaker at PHCA and CALM’s 2012 convention?  Or, if you attended an educational session with a speaker who influenced you or who was particularly informative – please tell us about him/her and why you enjoyed the session.

Please feel free to share this email with your colleagues, as we’ve expanded the convention topics.  As you can see below, we look forward to providing our convention participants with a great variety of topics at the new, exciting venue in King of Prussia, PA.
