Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program

The Property Tax/Rent Rebate program is available for individuals age 65 and older, widows and widowers age 50 and older, and people with disabilities age 18 and older,  under certain income limits.  The current income limit for renters is $15,000 a year.

An individual residing in a personal care home or assisted living residence who meets these criteria may quality for a rent rebate.  To learn more about this program, click here.
